　　4: After the lax pump is heated to 60 minutes, close the pre pumping valve and open the high vacuum valve, and the vacuum will gradually reach the high vacuum.

　　5: For heating initiation, please select Manual heating below 200 degrees. In the manual operation menu of the control panel, pay attention to that when you use it once, the dial button is not firm up and down once, and then dial it to the manual position to initiate heating. Enter about 50. Automatic heating when the current is normally controlled below 300A: set the temperature control meter in the temperature control interface to automatically start heating or open the manual position to start heating manually. The above setting clarifies that it takes 120 minutes from 200 degrees to 600 degrees, 30 minutes from 600 degrees, 130 minutes from 600 degrees to 1000 degrees, 5 hours at 1000 degrees, 60 minutes from 1000 degrees to 600 degrees, and the program will continue automatically after 60 minutes (Note: Set - 121 in time, and the program will continue automatically here). After setting the heating process, first heat continuously manually, then turn the dial button to the automatic position to initiate the automatic heating program. If the data needs to be recorded, please mark "√" at the data storage meeting.

　　6: In the heat preservation state, the normal circulation of circulating water shall be adhered to.

　　7: When the holding time is up, turn off the heating switch. Assuming that high vacuum is not required, close the slack pump, open the pre pumping valve, close the high vacuum valve and start cooling. Caution: do not turn off the mechanical pump

　　8: When the temperature drops to 200 ℃, turn off the mechanical pump (the lax pump reaches the normal temperature) and close all valves.

　　9: Release the pressure at room temperature, rush in the air and take out the raw materials.

　　10: If the operation is not continued, open the mechanical pump and pre pumping valve, vacuum for another 5 minutes, and close the mechanical pump and pre pumping valve. Adhere to the vacuum degree in the operation room to avoid water vapor intrusion.

　　11. Pressure operation: first, in the manual operation interface, the pressure reporting form is set to the automatic position, which can be operated directly with the instrument. After setting the program, press the run key for 3 seconds, and press the stop key for 3 seconds.
